The Open Throat

The Throat Center is where all the chemistries of a person emerge into the realm of civilization through speech or action, also what we call manifestation. This is quite different, however, from the broader new age sense of the word manifestation, involving dreaming up your ideal life and meditating upon your goals or whatever…. The Throat is also the Center that I have found a most direct correspondence to in the Tree of Life – It is Malkhut, or the Kingdom. All roads lead there…

If you have a Defined Throat Center, you have a fixed and consistent way of manifesting your speech and action contribution to civilization. But this article is really for the Open a.k.a. Undefined Throats - our friends who tend to suffer for lack of awareness of the mechanic of this Open Center. I can spare you lots of low vibration experience, frustration and/or bitterness and/or disappointment depending upon your Type. And it can be quite easy and entertaining to observe the mechanics of the open Throat center once you understand it!

As with all the centers, there is a certain distortion that occurs when under the pressure of those Defined centers in physical proximity. Since only around 30% of humans have an Undefined Throat Center this distortion is basically happening constantly to an Open Throat Person who is unaware.

Thus, people with an open throat jump into speech or action prematurely to try to release the pressure they are under. The unfortunate thing about it is that there is always a distortion when this person with the Undefined Throat tries to lead the way, to open a topic of conversation or to begin a line or activity, since the initial distortion can never be overcome, and as long as the conversation or endeavor continues, there will be nothing but bitterness for projectors, frustration for generators and disappointment for reflectors. (Manifestors don’t count here because we always have Definied Throats!)

So, you have called for attention, but the call came out wrong there two things that happen. If the intended recipient entertains your call, they will be immediately confused because after they give you their attention the topic or activity morphs since the distorted voice will be immediately distorted in another direction. The second things is that there is a strong temptation for you to talking fast and excessively to try to compensate and correct the distortion in meaning and intention. So then it’s just off to the races, with you continuing to try to say the thing in the correct way to get the attention where you want it, but it is a low-vibration treadmill, trying to get to the correct conversation but going nowhere fast..

One of my students also described it very well, ‘There is so much to say’ he said, that when it starts to come out, then all the rest comes out hot on the heels of the thing before it so you never end up finishing a thought properly, leaving lots of loose ends and unfinished thoughts dangling there.

As with all Undefined Centers, there is also a super power or wisdom potential. As you make decisions in alignment with your Personal Inner Stance and Authority the bad habit chemistry will slowly but surely drain from all your Undefined Centers. So the endgame for an Undefined Throat person is versatility and adaptability in delivering your awarenesses to others. So when the topic or activity is named and initiated by someone else, you can comment in just the right way, with more nuance and subtlety in delivery than someone with a Defined Throat. Or when the group looks to you, you can absorb everything in the room that wants to be said and synthesize it perfectly when the attention has come to rest on you.
